- Lighting: Naturally light by sunlight.

- Mom: "THHHOOOMMMAAASS!"

- Lighting: Bright light.

Scene 3

- Incidental Music: The tv playing in the background.

- Thomas (Thinking in his head so Voice Over):  "I just gonna pretend like i didn't hear her."

- Lighting: Dim light .

Scene 4

- Mom (To Dad): "I know this boy hears me."

- Dad (To Mom): "Maybe the kid is sleep, give him a break, he's been busy all week."

- Mom( To Dad):"That doesn't give him an reason to ignore me. THHHOOOMMAAS!"

- Lighting: Bright light.

 Scene 5

- Thomas: "UUGGGH, I'M COMING!"

- Lighting: Dim light. 

Scene 6

- No  Dialogue.

- Lighting: Bright light.

 

Scene 7

 - Thomas(Thinking in his head so Voice Over): "Do I want a snack? Nahhh I'll be fine."

- Lighting: Bright light.

 

Scene 8

- Mom (To Thomas): "Your dad and I are leaving the house and Todd won't be back so be safe and be sure to call if anything goes wrong."

- Thomas: "Nothing is going to go wrong so can I go back to my room." 

- Mom: "Drop Todd's toy gun off to his room for me."

- Lighting: Bright light.

 

Scene 9

- No Dialogue.

- Sting: A chord of a piano strikes.

- Lighting: Bright light.

 

Scene 10

- Thomas (Voice Over): "Why does he even have this toy it's so useless." 

- Nondiegetic Sund: Sound of a car starting up.

- Lighting: Dim light.

 

Scene 11

- Sound Bridge: The car that started up. 

- Diegetic Sound: Soudn of car pullin off, while one pulls into its place and shuts off.

- Lighting: Bright light.

 

Scene 12

-  Diegetic Sound: Sound of car do opening, closing, and boots hiting the floor.

- Lighting: Bright light.

 

Scene 13

- Diegetic Sound: Sound of footsteps.

- Lighting: Bright light.

 

Scene 14

- Diegetic Sound: Doorbell sound.

- Lighting: Bright light.

 

Scene 15

- Sound Mixing: Doorbell to doorbell notification.

- Diegetic Sound: Notification sound on phone.

- Lighting: Bright light.

Scene 16

- Thomas (Speaking into phone): "Nobody's home, c'mon back another time."

- Thomas (translating sign language): "Lie." 

- Lighting: Dim light.

- What titles are displayed during the opening sequences? The titles displayed in the opening sequence are the studio title, the production companies, and the movie title. These are Universal, Blumhouse, Platinum Dunes, and The First Purge respectively. Like Ma, these are the only titles displayed in the opening sequence, meaning that the actors, producers, directors, etc aren't shown until the end credits. The font of the title is extremely and colored with the colors of a moving USA flag, red white, and blue.  - What images are prioritized in the opening sequence? Planning: Title design

Working Title:  STAND YOUR GROUND The opening titles of my film will appear in a digital font at size 17 for the titles and 14 for the names. Titles will be bolded but not fully capitalized with a few exclusions. Names will be written in black font with last names in purple font.  Titles will be faded in and out from the bottom left quarter of the screen. AICE Media Studies Production Blog: Wrapping Up

      Difficult is the word I would to describe filming anything over 10 minutes. Punishing is the word I would use to describe this project. The fact that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and are still held to the same standards as if we were not is truly sickening. This project along with many of my other Cambridge ones have been mentally and physically draining. The amount of energy needed to continuously push through this school year is completely absurd. We are students, more over children. We have lives, many of which have been on hold due to the pandemic. I cannot stress to you how many times I have contemplated the unthinkable this school year. I’ve lost almost everything, from my girlfriend in a tragic accident to my grades; I’ve even lost my hope and trust in people.
