First Scene Starting with a wide shot of the iPhone, the camera will being to zoom in on the phone. This would reveal a clever editing trick in which the product itself is used in the name of the product. The name will only appear from the beginning and will slowly fade out as the camera is tracking in closer. A voice in the background will say, "welcome to iPhone XR." Second Scene Then, the camera will tilt above the phone, creating a high angle shot. From this shot, words will being to appear, showing the basic specifications of this phone. These will include the Apple A12 Bionic, which would've been the fastest chip in any phone at the time, and 2 gigabytes of RAM, which would be enough to maintain fluidity during heavy usage and multitasking. AICE Media Studies Planning Blog

Hello again, now that I have completed my research, I am ready to start planning for my commercial. I am going to need actors, props, a location to film, writers for my script, a schedule, a production manager, and a backup plan if all goes wrong.   Actors As for actors, I am going to use my family members due to the fact that they are virtually available at all times of the day.  My family is a great pick for actors because they are a diverse group of people. My brother is small and light-skinned. My father is tall, brown-skinned, and not from America, so he can represent the non-American audiences. My mother is a larger sized woman, my sister is a college student and I am a teenager, so most groups are met. The actor will be dressed in their everyday attires, include my mother's work clothes, which allows her to represent the millions of essential workers. Props When it comes to Props, I own many Apple products and will use them in the making of this commercial.  M...

Hello, I am Thomas Smith, and you might recognize me from my introduction blog from September. Today, instead of talking to you about my love for film production, I will begin my own short film, in the form of an Apple commercial for the iPhone XR. The audience will be subjected to obverse a multitude of B-Roll sots, people using the phone to take photos and videos, and specifications of the phone (size, gigabytes, rams, screens, etc). The actors in this commercial with be dressed in costumes that closely resemble casual clothing. Clothing items such as baggy "around the house" joggers and Nike slides will be worn. This allows for the actors to be seen as everyday people and mate them more relatable.  Props will include Apple products such as the Airpods Pro, Apple Watch, and any other Apple items that can work in tandem with the iPhone. This would promote more Apple products and would encourage the viewer to want to purchase multiple items at once. The actors themselves wil...
